Ferment rice water overnight. Apply after shampoo, sit 20β30 min, rinse out. 2β3x/week.

Mid-length to ends only. Never scalp. No 2-in-1. Sit 2 min, rinse cool.

2β3 drops (argan or jojoba) on damp strands. Monthly: 1hr scalp massage then wash out.

Leave-in β Oil β Cream. Seals moisture in. Especially good for Albert's texture.

Every 2β3 days. 72-hour rule is the default. Reminder fires at 3+ days overdue.

5 min daily. Fingertip circles hairlineβcrown, temples, behind ears. Move scalp/fascia, not just hair surface.
π§ͺ Bloodwork Needed
Copper, zinc, ferritin, B12. Unusual greying + brittle texture likely linked to mould/mycotoxin history + deficiencies.
