Correct only the before/after comparison geometry in this image. Keep the person, title, captions, footer, colors and illustration style. Put the Before and After timelines on ONE straight rectangular sheet, as two perfectly aligned equal-length rows. Six columns with the SAME boundaries in both rows: Sleep / Paid work / Meal / Household duties / Free time / Sleep. First four columns and last Sleep column are identical between rows. Make the fifth column wider than other columns in BOTH rows. In the Before row it is one "Free time" tile. In the After row ONLY that same fifth column is divided into three smaller tiles: Browsing / Writing / Break. Those three tiles together fit wholly inside the single fifth-column width; do not add width or extend the day. The final Sleep tile must be directly beneath the final Sleep above, and every fixed tile must be vertically aligned. This conservation of space is the central meaning. Use a simple thin vertical guide at the two edges of the fifth column to make alignment obvious. Nothing is deleted from ordinary obligations. No numerical time claims. Keep all main captions readable.
